Aims of the course:The course aims at writing the master thesis under the tutor's supervision. The extent of the thesis is 90,000-144,000 characters. The student should demonstrate the ability to use knowledge and literature to formulate and solve the set-up problem in his/her field of study using the scientific approach and methods. The student has to demonstrate the ability to solve a unique issue in the field of information systems or computer science.
Course contents:
1.The course serves as a proper preparation for the final state examination. It focuses on analysis and recommendations with respect to the topic of diploma thesis, it explains the typical form, content and the process of working out the thesis, including typographic fundamentals for writing scientific texts. 2.Individual presentation and consultation of student's diploma thesis. Preparation for the Final State Exam (typical procedure, a recommended form of presentation and evaluation). (allowance 0/0)
