Aims of the course:To introduce of students with the importance, legislation, and with the main technological theses of integrated and ecological production of vegetable, medicinal plants, spice plants, grape, fruit, also including the form of market.
Course contents:
1.Integrated production of vegetables. Legislation, directive, control. (allowance 3/0)
2.Principle of integrated growing, quality, market (allowance 2/0)
3.Ecological agriculture and his importance, opportunity for Czech Republic (allowance 2/0)
4.Legislative, guidelines, of the Union of Ecological agriculture (allowance 2/0)
5.Processing of soil, nutrition and fertilization, regulation of weed, irrigation (allowance 0/0)
6.Protection of vegetables, medicinal plants, spice plants grown by the ecological method growing (allowance 2/0)
7.Harvest, storage, adjustment and sale of vegetables, medicinal and spice plants from ecological production (allowance 2/0)
8.Integrated growing of fruit, legislative, direction SISPO, control. (allowance 3/0)
9.Ecological and extensive method growing of fruit (allowance 3/0)
10.Basic conditions ecological viticulture and enology in conditions Czech Republic and EU. (allowance 3/0)
11.Conditions of farming in viticulture and production of wine in conditions of integrated production (allowance 2/0)
12.International projects of research and development in area organic. viticulture and enology (allowance 2/0)
