Aims of the course:Seminary of Field continue the education of postharvest technology of horticultural products. In the seminary students will solve questions of preserving procedure, fermentation technologies, material bilance of preservative products, semifinished material, jellied products, dosage of conserving agents, preparation of liquid materials.

1.Calculation of preserving procedure, fermentation technologies, material bilance of preservative products, semifinished material, jellied products, dosage of conserving agents, preparation of liquid materials. (allowance 0/0)
