Aims of the course:The course provides basic knowledge in the field of human resources management. The content points to the importance of human resources management as a factor of competitive advantage in the business. The students become familiar with the external and internal conditions of human resource management, such as working hours and working environment. The important HR functions will be defined. More details will be discussed in the field of staff recruitment and selection, training and evaluation of employees with an impact on their remuneration. An integral part is the issue of employee relations - collective bargaining and the work conflict resolution.

Assessment methods:Rating of preparation seminary works and essays and their presentations, activity during seminars, exercises and seminars attendance. Seminars are terminated by credit.

The maximum number of points accumulated for the credit activity is rated according to the following:
15 points Teamwork seminar work
10 points Individual work + personal activity during classes
 5 points Attendance at lectures and seminars

Final oral examination to verify the knowledge of subject content with the evaluation of A to F.
