Aims of the course:The course deepens the knowledge gained in previous courses and a wine-growing applications of this knowledge to the production of quality grapes.
Course contents:
1.Basics of management quality in viticulture (allowance 2/0)
2.The quality of the grapes as a basis for successful quality management (allowance 4/0)
 
a.Biology and biochemistry of berries in relation to the quality of the grapes.
b.Changes in content and substance to the importance of quality grapes.

3.Protection against grapevine diseases and pests. (allowance 2/0)
 
a.Prognosis and detection of diseases and pests.

Assessment methods:The course is completed a written and oral exam. The written part includes answers to the two questions in the duration of 45 minutes. Answers to the questions are then consulted by oral examination. After passing a written and oral test is stamped.
