Aims of the course:To familiarize students with the origin of the wine-growing history and world significance in human culture. Basic biological and physiological characteristics, growth and development, agricultural engineering, depending on the variety.
Course contents:
1.Viticulture. (allowance 18/9)
 
a.Green works with vine.
b.Nutrition and fertilization of grapevine.
c.Cutting and training of grapevine.
d.Methods of treating the soil in the vineyard.
e.Cultivated forms of grapevine.
f.Breeding grapevine.
g.Quality of grapes for wine production.

Assessment methods:Completion of the course is a test that covers all topics that were presented in lectures and tutorials. Condition of completion of the course is writing a semester test (60% success rate) and than oral exam (60% success rate).
