Aims of the course:The aim is to introduce students to the varieties of vines, their ampelography description, cultivation and oenological properties and quality wines.
Course contents:
1.Ampelographical description of grapevine varieties (allowance 2/0)
 
a.Basic morphology.
b.Methods of ampelographical description.

2.White wine grapevine varieties (allowance 4/0)
 
a.Growing properties.
b.Enological properties.
c.Wine quality.

3.Red wine grapevine varieties. (allowance 4/0)
 
a.Growing properties.
b.Enological properties.
c.Wine quality.

4.Table grape varieties (allowance 2/0)
 
a.Growing properties.
