Profile of the programme:The master's degree in creative personality develops self-confidence and the ability to focus and competence in the field of furniture design, close as architecture, subjects design, environmental or technological development, and links to these fields by personal inclination. Student during the two years of study shall take also of the environment throughout the life cycle of furniture in the area of environmental influences on behavior, performance and mood of users furniture in the short term and the mental and physical health in the long run.

Occupational profile:Graduates are equipped with skills during their studies for the development and creation of furniture that are oriented to industrial production. Competencies are based knowledge in the field of furniture manufacturing in the field of wood-based and non-wood materials , as well as knowledge of how to handle these materials in the manufacture of furniture.
Expertise is further supported by the acquired knowledge in the area of economic sciences. The graduate program in Design furniture is equipped with skills for the development and creation of furniture , focused and intended for industrial production, with knowledge of the physico - mechanical, chemical and processing properties of materials based on wood and non-wood materials , taking into account the limits of the room and industrial furniture production .
Graduates are so profiled as a separate creative personality with a systems approach with the aim of finding a particular application :
- The designer or design studio ;
- In furniture studies ;
- For manufacturers of furniture or as an independent designer ;
- In vocational education.
Graduation requirements:Min. 120 ECTS, state final exam, defence of the master's thesis.
Access to further studies:Successful graduates may proceed to doctoral study programme.
