Aims of the course:The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of the legislation on the protection of nature and landscape, both in terms of the right to national and international, with public organizations in the protection of nature and landscape, with procedures of public authorities in proceedings relating to nature and landscape protection, ways of legally relevant public communication with public authorities and vice versa ass economic impacts of legislation.
Course contents:
1.Legal norms system of law, sources of law, publication rights for the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 4/2)
2.Inland law in the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 12/6)
3.European law on the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 2/1)
4.International law on the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 2/1)
5.Private law in the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 2/1)
6.The practice of the administrative authorities and courts in the protection of nature and landscape (allowance 2/1)
