Aims of the course:The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the theory and practice of forest valuation. Valuation as on the official price and the market. As part of the valuation of forest land, forests and award damages to forests.
Course contents:
1.Valuation of natural resources. (allowance 0/2)
2.Historic school. (allowance 0/2)
3.Theory of value, theory of forest valuation. (allowance 0/2)
4.Basic concepts. The economic model. Basics of Financial Mathematics. (allowance 0/2)
5.Valuation of forest land. (allowance 0/2)
6.Valuation of forest. (allowance 0/2)
7.Official rates, the extent of their use. (allowance 0/2)
8.Determination of the normal price. The total valuation of the forest. (allowance 0/2)
9.Damage and injury to forests. Special valuation cases. (allowance 0/2)
10.Legislation evaluation and practical implementation. (allowance 0/2)
11.Basic approaches to the valuation of non-productive functions of forest. Cash expression externalities. (allowance 0/2)
12.The use of computer technology and the Internet in the measurement. (allowance 0/2)

-The basic economic knowledge and its application in forestry
