Aims of the course:Structure of course includes acquisition of practical knowledge of the system, structure and properties of chemical compounds with emphasis on application in each field of study.
Course contents:
1.Laboratory practice (dotace 0/28) (allowance 0/28)
a.a. Laboratory practice of qualitative analytical chemistry
b.b. Laboratory practice of quantitative analytical chemistry
c.c. pH, their measurement
d.d. Qualitative and quntitative reaction of saccharides
e.e. Terpens and plant pigments: isolation and chromatographic analyses
f.f. Proteins: isolation and reactions
g.g. Enzyme activities determination
