Aims of the course:Deliver a fundamental orientation in the legal framework necessary for development of entrepreneurial activities together with selected rules of national law (especially from business law, commercial law and trade licence law). Consequently the students should be explained the interdisciplinary connections between legal, economic and business environment of the business, mainly focusing on civil law and commercial law rules as settled down by the primary Czech codes - Civil code and Commercial code

Assessment methods:The course is finished the test, preceded by the granting of credit. The granting of credit is subject to required participation in training and successful performance of the two compensatory tests. A bonus for the test may be as decided by the speaker and participate in lectures.
