Aims of the course:The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the management of the projects portfolio. Students will acquaint with the prioritization of projects within the organization and optimizing the benefits of projects and programs as a whole to the organization's strategy. They will further understand the role of portfolio manager as the coordinator during the processes, evaluator of individual projects, coordinator of selecting, monitoring and controlling of individual projects and programs, coordinator of changes in priorities and processes completion of projects and programs. They will be also able to provide the distribution of complex projects into subprojects.
