Aims of the course:Students will be theoretically prepared to develop a proposal of regional development project. Subsequently, students will be able to create the project proposal, possibly in cooperation with an external company engaged in regional development projects.
Course contents:
1.Project proposal structure according to an international standard of project management IPMA. (allowance 3/2)

b.Project life cycle.
c.Methods and techniques of project management

a.Preparation of project concept.
b.Key activities and time schedule.
c.Project budget.
