Aims of the course:Provide the knowledge of the legal regulation of internal and external law of the EU internal market under the aspects of continuous develompent of the primary and secondary EU law, case law and legal doctrine.
Course contents:
1.Foundation of EC and EU (allowance 2/1)
2.Institucional structure of the EU (allowance 2/1)
3.Enforcement and court protection of the EU law (allowance 2/1)
4.Internal omarket of the EU (allowance 4/2)
5.Competition in the EU (allowance 4/2)
6.Consumer protection v EU (allowance 2/1)
7.Business companies in EU (allowance 2/1)

Generic competences:

Specific competences:
 
-Ability of working in an internstional context
-develop the application of EU legal norms within the Czech legal environment
-forming of legal solution of problems by utilisation of the EU legal norms in forcero
-formulate solutions to problems using the EU case law
-Orientation in European legal envirohnment from the viewpoint of managerial needs
-Qualified analysis of contempporaryt needs and development trends of the EU law
-skills attached to utilisation and application of legal information
-to develop the application of legal provisions on practical examples

Assessment methods:Teaching is closed by assignment of credit depending on at least 80 % attendance on lectures, submission of seminar assignment according to instructions of teacher and its presentation during one of lectures.
The module itself is closed by being awarded a credit and passing of written exam text. The Successful passing requires obtaining of at least 50 % of the max. 100 % available points.
