Aims of the course:The course objective is the acquisition of basic knowledge in the field of human resources management. It will be pointed out the importance of human resources as a factor of competitive advantage in the business. The lectures provides students with the external and internal conditions of human resource management, such as working hours or working environment. Also will be defined important human resources operations. More detail will be discussed the field of recruitment and selection of staff, training and evaluation of employees with impact on the remuneration. An integral part is the binding on problematic of employee relations - collective bargaining, dispute resolution
