Aims of the course:The aim is to introduce the basic principles of visual information processing, the principles of presentations design and their technical processing. Student gets and practices a capability of visual data presentation.

1.Graphic information processing (allowance 2/0)
a.Principles of graphic information displaying on a computer
b.Graphic file formats
c.Typography, design of font

2.Vector graphics (allowance 4/6)
a.Design of logo and logotype
b.Image tracing
c.Chart processing

3.Bitmap graphics (allowance 4/4)
a.Photo editing
b.Conversion of graphic formats

4.Presentation programs (allowance 4/4)
a.Presentation principles
b.Presentation programs elements

Learning outcomes and competences:
