Specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning:There are no specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning. Profile of the programme:Agricultural Engineering is designed for graduates of the Bachelor fields, particularly the General Agriculture who wish to further deepen general knowledge not only of crop and livestock production, but also of the problems of mechanization of production processes. During the master's program the students get acquainted in detail with management of livestock and crop production, with crop and livestock production systems, current issues of organic farming and sustainable rural development. Great attention is paid to the production of healthy food ingredients, safe food and healthy environment. In this follow-up study, the students engaged in questions of agricultural policy and principles of modern management approaches.
 
Occupational profile:After successfully graduating from the university the students are able to find various jobs not only at the regional level but also in the national and international area. They can work in agricultural sphere but also in various agricultural-trade companies, research institutes, specialised companies, state administration bodies and in private sphere.
Graduation requirements:Min. 120 ECTS, state final exam, defence of the master's thesis.
Access to further studies:Successful graduates may proceed to doctoral study programme.
